Welcome to Palm & Proof! We’re a Fort Lauderdale cottage bakery specializing in authentic sourdough, quality ingredients, and traditional bread making. What started as a mother and daughter baking bread together in our home kitchen has grown into a passion for sharing handcrafted sourdough with our community.

 

Every loaf is naturally fermented using wild yeast and a slow fermentation process. This traditional method helps break down gluten and sugars, creating bread and baked goods that are easier to digest, rich in flavor, and thoughtfully made from start to finish.
