All Palm & Proof products are baked fresh in small batches using simple ingredients and traditional sourdough methods. Because each loaf is handmade, slight variations in size, shape, and appearance are normal and part of what makes our bread unique.

For best quality and freshness, we recommend enjoying your bread within a few days of purchase or storing it properly to extend its shelf life.

Due to the perishable nature of our baked goods, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on food items.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup, and we will do our best to address the concern.

Palm & Proof offers limited shipping on select baked goods. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer.

Because our products are perishable, we strongly recommend selecting the fastest available shipping option. Palm & Proof is not responsible for carrier delays or conditions outside of our control, and freshness upon arrival cannot be guaranteed once an order has shipped.
